In response to the growing demand, both domestically and internationally, for on-site (pilot) research into cellulose recovery from sewage, we are expanding our pilot fleet with a brand-new mobile CellCap unit!
This plug-and-play installation is fully automated, capable of running unmanned, and not only recovers marketable cellulose but also extracts a digestible residue stream from the water for biogas production.
With a capacity of 80-100 m3/h of influent, the installation can also serve as a temporary installation .
The system was successfully tested on Wednesday, September 11, and starting this November, it will be deployed on-site for our customers.
