IntenSieve®, the rotating belt finesieve
Developped specifically for the removal of suspended matter from sewage water, the Intensieve® is a rotating belt with fine screen that can be used for both communal and industrial applications. The screening technique distinguishes itself in liquid flows with increased concentrations of fibres or liquid flows in which suspended matter has a particle size distribution and cake filtration can be applied.
Downstream dewatering with CellPress®
The CellPress® is a screw press that combines maximum dewatering efficiency with excellent separation efficiency specifically for the dewatering of sieved material from sewage water captured with the IntenSieve®.

Rotating Drumscreen from Giotto
The Rotodrum is a fine screen, with rotating wedge-wire drum. The water is introduced into the screen through a special distribution headbox. Solids are captured inside the cylinder, thickened and continuously discharged to the outlet, while the filtrate flows through the opening of the wedge-wire. The Rotodrum is completely manufactured in stainless steel and the screen openings range from 0,5 to 5 mm.

Discfilter for effluent polishing
The principle of filtration through the discs is extremely simple. The water to be filtered flows under free fall in the rotating central tube into the discs. These are stretched on both sides with micro fabric and flows from the inside out through the panels. The solids are collected on the panels and the purified water flows through the panels. As soon as the amount of captured material increases to such an extent that clogging starts to occur on the filter plates and the liquid level in the machine starts to rise, the sieve starts to rotate so that clean surface becomes available to the water to be filtered. The collected material is rinsed from the screen and removed from the machine via a central drain.
